Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst at TD SYNNEX, you will be instrumental in delivering analytical insights to a designated functional area, department, or division. Your role will encompass the development and upkeep of reporting for your assigned sector, along with the preparation and examination of ad hoc operational performance reports, while also advising on suitable courses of action. We are looking for a driven individual who is enthusiastic about finance and accounting, and who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and scrutinize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial data in line with business unit requirements.
  • Administer SPIFF incentive compensation for the business.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to fulfill ad hoc requests from the business and finance teams.
  • Address ad-hoc information inquiries from internal stakeholders and others as assigned.
  • Effectively communicate financial data to colleagues with diverse skill sets and departmental backgrounds.
  • Assess the financial implications of initiatives implemented across business units and within the finance team.
  • Deliver ad hoc materials for both internal and external audit purposes.
  • Adhere to punctuality and attendance standards in a professional office setting.
  • Be adaptable to occasional non-standard working hours or overtime as necessary.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP Cloud is advantageous, though not required.
  • Capability to follow instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Basic clerical and data entry skills are required.
  • Proficiency in fundamental mathematical calculations.
  • Strong communication skills for effective information dissemination.
  • Commitment to upholding social, ethical, and organizational standards in business practices.
  • Aptitude for building productive working relationships.
  • Quick adaptability to new systems and technologies.
  • Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications.
