Job Title: Association Services Client Service Representative II

  • Deliver outstanding service experiences to both external clients and internal departments.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve challenges while complying with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, handling client grievances with professionalism.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client data and adhere to the organization's authentication protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a substantial volume of service requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Provide assistance to Relationship Sales Managers and the management team.
- Cultivate knowledge of various applications to effectively respond to client inquiries.
- Serve as a mentor and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years in client service and operational roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree
- Bilingual capabilities
- Strong data entry skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with banking operations
