Support Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Services Manager to join our team at Hope Community Support Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and support our dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities- Model appropriate communication and presentation in the community for clients
- Provide support and advocate for clients as appropriate
- Assist clients in skill building and in reaching their goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in developmental disabilities
- Valid ME Driver's License and proof of current insurance required
- Annual Salary: $44,000
- Two Days Personal Day
- Paid Lunch Time (30 minutes)
- Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision)
- 401K
