Job Summary

Rogue Community Health is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of School-Based Health Center Front Office Coordinator. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining positive relationships with team members, school staff, students, and parents/guardians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, school staff, students, and parents/guardians.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both over the phone and in person.
  • Participate and facilitate at school all-staff meetings, school events, and activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Work Environment

This position works full-time hours during the school year only with two weeks off at Christmas and nine weeks off during summer vacation.
