Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the logistics of SCA Health events, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and technical requirements.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to curate engaging agendas that encompass relevant topics, speakers, and community initiatives.
  • Sharing best practices and policies with relevant departments to enhance event execution.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in event planning and logistics within a multi-departmental setting.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various technology platforms for event management and communication.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding service.
