We are seeking a Credentialing Coordinator who will play a vital role in managing the credentialing processes for our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement the credentialing processes for medical staff in compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure the accurate credentialing of physicians and allied health practitioners.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records for each provider in credentialing databases.
  • Ensure the accuracy of provider rosters for insurance affiliations.
  • Monitor the completion of CAQH applications and manage re-attestation timelines for providers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant credentialing experience is necessary.
  • Preferred: Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification or similar credentials.
  • Experience in a matrixed healthcare environment is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from USD $22.00 to USD $26.00.
