Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative - Territory Manager to join our team at US Foods, Inc. As a Sales Representative - Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by fostering strong customer relationships, managing order deliveries, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Foster customer relationships through a team-based selling approach, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage order deliveries, troubleshoot issues, collect accounts receivable, and identify new business opportunities using market intelligence resources.
- Leverage other resources to assist with top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening, driving business growth and revenue increase.
- Develop new business, identify prospective customers, and participate in organizations and clubs to expand our network.
- Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, competitors' products, prices, and sales, sharing valuable insights with customers as part of our value-added services.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred, with a strong background in account management and business development.
- Familiarity with the foodservice industry, culinary, or restaurant management is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships, cold call to develop new business, and drive motor vehicles to ensure product delivery.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive pay, and benefits may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
Physical Qualifications
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, driving, sitting, lifting (1-10 lbs), carrying (1-10 lbs), grasping objects, manipulating objects, and manual dexterity for described lengths of time.
