Business Development Manager

The Sales team is the backbone of our organization, responsible for generating new opportunities and acquiring new customers. As a key member of this team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and executing it with precision.
Your primary objective will be to source net-new customers and generate revenue in the Growth and Mid-Market segments. You'll need to possess a deep understanding of our Financial Operating System (FOS) and be able to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development, Product, Underwriting, and Pre-Sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your ability to collaborate and build strong relationships will be essential in driving success.
We're offering a highly competitive OTE of $140,000, reflecting your exceptional skills and experience. The starting wage will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
