About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Percepta. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, video chat, or online chat
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to our automotive program
  • Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Research and resolve billing or payment issues
  • Own the customer experience from start to finish, making decisions on how to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Savvy with technology, software, and social media applications
