We are seeking a talented Banquet Sous Chef to join our team at a prestigious property in Morgantown, West Virginia. As a key member of the culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume food service, preferably in a resort, hotel, or conference center setting. You will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals, managing inventory, and ensuring that all banquet events meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Our company offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and temporary housing.
