About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Banquet Sous Chef to lead our culinary team at a renowned property in Morgantown, West Virginia. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our banquet operations, focusing on exceptional food quality, presentation, and service.

Your expertise will be essential in creating menus, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable dining experiences for our clients.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a passion for fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles is required, preferably in a Resort, Hotel, or Conference Center setting.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and temporary housing to facilitate your move to West Virginia.
