Sous Chef Manager

This exciting opportunity for an Experienced Sous Chef is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, developing new menus, and driving innovation in food production.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of line cooks, prep cooks, and helpers to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
- Assist the Executive Chef in creating and implementing new menu items, maintaining quality control, and monitoring inventory levels
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, managing waste, and maintaining a clean working environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for kitchen staff, promoting continuous learning and skill improvement
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control measures, and industry standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
