Job Title: Field Engineer
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to provide operational support for our IT infrastructure in various locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide technical support for IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
* Handle install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests efficiently.
* Deliver service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
* Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
* Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes accurately.
* Collect and analyze performance data to offer technical assistance.
* Align workflow with schedule and accurately document complex issue resolutions.
* Create workaround procedures when standard methods fail, ensuring issue resolution.
* Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions for software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
**Requirements:**
* Customer service skills.
* Self-starter with broad PC experience.
* TOC badge required.
