As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion, leveraging your skills and experience to develop and execute strategic plans. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, mentoring and coaching them to achieve their full potential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success
- Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a bonus structure that rewards performance. We are seeking a seasoned sales and management professional with 3+ years of experience. You should be a natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential qualities for this role.
