Strategic Business Growth Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic growth projects by developing comprehensive business strategies and initiatives for clients.
- Design, develop, and facilitate C-suite level workshops for products, portfolios, launches, and innovation strategy.
- Create compelling presentations to communicate strategic plans and opportunities effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and AI advancements, incorporating innovation and forward thinking into all planning.
- Become an expert on our clients and their challenges, expanding your expertise across various industries and engagements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in agency or consulting-based roles, with at least five years leading strategic growth and business consulting.
- A strong background in healthcare, bio-tech, or B2B with a passion for growth and continuous skill development.
- Excellent communication skills, narrative-building abilities, and relationship development skills.
- A history of facilitating, presenting to, and guiding senior leadership clients.
- The ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and eagerness to incorporate feedback.
