About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Development Manager to join our team in Valparaiso, IN. As an Account Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales efforts in the Southeastern US territory, which includes FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, OH, KY, WV, MD, DE, and Washington DC.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to grow our market share, build strong relationships with Channel Partners, and promote our innovative solutions to first responders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Southeastern US.
  • Channel Partner Development: Foster strong relationships with Channel Partners through product training, demo equipment, stocking, and target account conversions.
  • Product Promotion: Promote top-performing products and services to first responders and municipalities.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as an amazing benefits package.
