A&K Railroad Materials Inc. stands as a premier supplier of both new and used railroad track materials, with its headquarters situated in Salt Lake City, Utah.

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Lead to drive sales growth in the Great Lakes region.

This role will be based at our Valparaiso, Indiana location and will involve close collaboration with product managers and reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team in Valparaiso, managing both new and existing customer accounts.
  • Strategically position A&K to supply major high-speed rail infrastructure projects planned in the Great Lakes region.
  • Foster strong partnerships both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the railroad or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.
