About the Role

As a Data Science Staffing Account Manager at RecruiterBoom, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by forging strong relationships with clients and matching their needs with our pool of top-tier data science professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building to expand the client portfolio.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in data science staffing.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Collaborate with our recruiting team to identify, attract, and assess qualified data science candidates through various channels.
  • Candidate Placement: Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM/ATS software.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in data science to remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters, account managers, and leadership, to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance your knowledge of data science concepts, tools, and methodologies to better understand client requirements and effectively communicate with candidates.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in staffing or recruitment.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong understanding of data science concepts and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
