Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Professional at Seven Counties Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can perform a variety of tasks, including front desk/reception, data entry, filing, and medical records management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering multi-line switchboard and forwarding calls to the appropriate staff member.
  • Enter client data into electronic information systems, including demographics, eligibility information, and program-specific data.
  • Perform administrative functions, such as data entry, validation, and daily deposit reconciliation.
  • Process lab results and participate in daily operations.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required; completion of up to 18 months' business school beyond high school preferred.
  • One-to-two years' experience working in an office setting and performing various clerical or administrative tasks.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and strong oral and written communication skills.
