Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple retail construction projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Facilitate regular communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects comply with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:
