Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple negotiated retail construction projects concurrently.
  • Ensure timely project completion, adherence to budget constraints, and maintenance of the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and uphold project schedules, budgets, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and all legal obligations.

  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, particularly in negotiated retail construction.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ambitious and driven, with a commitment to achieving outstanding results.
  • Familiarity with multifamily and hospitality projects is advantageous.
