Key Responsibilities of the Construction Services WisDOT Project Manager:- Oversee the technical elements of projects, applying innovative solutions to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and manage project timelines effectively.
- Monitor project budgets and guide engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) strategies for projects, representing the firm in meetings and conferences to address issues, coordinate efforts, and deliver public presentations.
- Maintain strong client relationships, coordinate inspections of WisDOT projects, and ensure adherence to specifications.

Essential Skills and Requirements:
- A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in construction and design-based engineering or construction inspection.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, along with Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software is advantageous.
