Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager to oversee multiple negotiated retail construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while adhering to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee various retail construction projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and essential documentation.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and coordinate activities across departments.
  • Assist in planning and executing multifamily and hospitality projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience, particularly in negotiated retail construction.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Robust financial management skills, including budget forecasting and reporting.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Ambitious and results-driven, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience with multifamily and hospitality projects is advantageous.
