Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Entry-Level Proposal Specialist. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those early in their professional journey, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and production of proposals, qualifications, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather necessary information, format content, and ensure adherence to client specifications.
  • Maintain and update proposal content libraries, including resumes and project descriptions.
  • Conduct research to support proposal content and strategy formulation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and high-quality materials are delivered.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
  • Proofread and edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Review certificates of insurance.
  • Draft and produce contractual agreements for partner review.
  • Support additional marketing and business development initiatives as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance to partners as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn.
  • Onsite work is required for this position.
  • Some overtime may be necessary.
