Position Summary: In this role, you will oversee the operational elements of various projects and proposals, manage facility operations, and fulfill the responsibilities of the Facility Security Officer (FSO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary on-site representative for GA-EMS, engaging directly with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the FSO for the GA-EMS facility, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding products and services, addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the resolution of issues in collaboration with functional teams across different locations.
- Manage the scheduling and utilization of facilities for various stakeholders.
- Maintain office spaces in optimal condition, coordinating with the facilities team for maintenance and upgrades.
- Prepare and manage reports and records that may contain sensitive information, necessitating interaction with management and external entities.
- Oversee the daily operations of ongoing projects and proposals, contributing to the development and revision of project plans and schedules.
- Analyze project data to identify challenges and propose effective solutions in partnership with project and line managers.
- As the FSO, respond to inquiries utilizing knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and ensure compliance with security regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies, particularly the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), for facility inspections and compliance assessments.
- Administer security activities in line with company policies to safeguard National Security Information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with three or more years of relevant project administration experience.
- Proficient understanding of project administration principles and practices.
- Experience in organizing, planning, and coordinating tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with computer operations, particularly MS Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of DOD processes and regulations is advantageous.
- Completion of FSO Program Management courses is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance is essential.
Compensation: Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
