Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight:
- Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and precise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and enforce financial policies to improve operational efficiency.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.

Compliance and Controls:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including gaming and tax compliance.
- Establish effective internal controls to protect assets and maintain financial integrity.
- Coordinate external audits and address audit findings promptly.

Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Promote a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board.
- Provide strategic insights to inform business decisions and long-term planning.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with operational teams to understand performance and provide financial insights.
- Support decision-making related to investments, pricing, and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
- Experience in the gaming and hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
