Position Overview:
This role is essential for overseeing the financial health of our esteemed hospitality establishment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will manage all financial operations and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Compensation:
Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight:
- Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Ensure timely and precise financial reporting, encompassing monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and enforce financial policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including gaming and tax laws.
- Establish robust internal controls to protect assets and maintain data integrity.
- Coordinate external audits and address findings promptly.

Team Development:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Promote a collaborative environment that encourages professional development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board.
- Offer strategic insights to guide business decisions and long-term planning.

Collaboration with Operations:
- Work closely with operational teams to understand performance and provide financial insights.
- Support decision-making regarding capital investments and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CMA preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience in the gaming and hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with all management levels.
