Executive Assistant to the President and Board Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our President and General Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join WYPR, a leading source of news, captivating programming, and community engagement in the greater Baltimore and Maryland region.
**About the Role:**
The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the President's office runs smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a high-level executive assistant and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain electronic calendars for the President and schedule meetings with external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, notes, and minutes for regular and ad hoc meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and registrations.
- Assist with special events, such as board meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Provide concierge-level service to board members, donors, and guests.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a high-level executive assistant.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of tools.
- Access to a personal vehicle highly desired.
