Job Summary
HR&Co. LLC is seeking an Executive Vice President of Human Resources to lead our human resources function in alignment with our client's mission and values. This role reports directly to the President and would be the peer to eight Chief Executives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compensation. Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute an HR strategy that promotes employee engagement, performance excellence, and leadership growth.
  • Oversee talent management, workforce planning, compensation, and compliance.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Drive performance management processes and support employee learning, development, and leadership growth.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead and facilitate organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation.
