Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the President to join our team at WYPR.

This is a unique opportunity to support the President and General Manager in their roles, providing exceptional administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Maintain electronic calendars for the President, scheduling meetings and ensuring timely confirmations.
  • Provide concierge-level service to board members, assisting with constituent stewardship, recognition, and event RSVPs.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including evenings and weekends, in collaboration with events and community engagement teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas, manage records, and distribute minutes for Board and CAB meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the President, including lodging, transportation, and registrations.
  • Assist with various external and internal events throughout the year.

Benefits:
