About the Role:

We are thrilled to present an opportunity to join our North America team as a Franchise Performance Manager.

This role is pivotal in providing strategic business insights and alignment to empower our franchise partners in optimizing their profitability while ensuring compliance with our brand standards.

The Franchise Performance Manager will assess the performance metrics of franchise locations and guide franchisees in achieving their operational goals.

This position will identify potential areas for operational enhancement and deliver training to elevate performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver operational and food safety training during site visits: Regularly assess franchise locations using our established evaluation model.

Document compliance with company standards, noting improvements, opportunities, and guidance for further enhancement during coaching sessions.

Analyze restaurant performance against our policies and procedures, review sales and cost data, and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.

Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to explore growth opportunities and areas for development.
Mentor franchisees to achieve their individual and collective business objectives.

Guide franchisees in expanding their business within the local market and through online channels.

Foster strong relationships within the territory by visiting assigned locations regularly, communicating with franchisees through various channels, and hosting meetings.

Earn the respect of franchisees to be recognized as a valuable resource and leader in the industry.
Assist the Territory Director and support teams with site evaluations by conducting customer feedback sessions across all locations within the assigned area.
Provide expertise and support to franchisees regarding New Store Openings and Training Hours.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry is advantageous.
Ability to grasp technological initiatives and effectively share knowledge with others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach during site visits.
Must be capable of working independently and professionally.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a self-driven attitude.
