Client Relations Specialist

The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to the Client Engagement Manager and Director. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the Client Engagement Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting essential documents such as meeting agendas, event summaries, and various client communications.
- Assisting the Education and National Account Team with logistical arrangements and field team coordination.
- Learning and evaluating agency presentation exercises to enhance presentation skills.
- Compiling reports and documentation for clients, consistently identifying opportunities for program enhancement.
- Coordinating project logistics with a proactive approach, ensuring optimal recommendations are presented to team leads.
- Conducting research on industry trends and remaining informed about current events.
- Actively engaging in internal brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for projects.
- Representing the agency at industry-specific meetings and conferences.
- Traveling independently to various markets for coaching, site evaluations, client meetings, and vendor interactions.
- Providing additional support to the account team as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 6-12 months of relevant office experience; experience in a marketing agency is advantageous.
- Exhibits a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively with a team to achieve high-quality results.
The compensation range for this position is between $62,400.00 and $70,000. The specific salary offered will depend on various factors, including prior experience, skills, and geographic location. This role is eligible for bonuses, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
