The Client Engagement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with clients, reporting directly to the Client Engagement Manager and Director. This position is designed to support the assigned team while also collaborating with other agency members.
This role requires in-office presence for two days a week, with the remaining three days being remote.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage documents such as meeting agendas, event summaries, and client communications.
- Assist the Education and National Account Team with logistical arrangements and field team coordination.
- Engage in learning and evaluating agency presentation exercises to enhance presentation skills.
- Prepare reports and documentation for clients, consistently identifying ways to enhance their programs.
- Oversee project logistics, proactively considering all elements and presenting recommendations to team leads.
- Conduct research on industry trends and maintain awareness of current events.
- Contribute actively in internal brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas for projects.
- Represent the agency at industry meetings or conferences focused on specific skills.
- Travel independently to various markets for coaching, site assessments, client meetings, and vendor interactions.
- Provide additional support to the account team as needed.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 6-12 months of relevant office experience; experience in a marketing agency is advantageous.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, ensuring timely achievement of goals.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver quality outcomes.
The compensation range for this position is between $62,400.00 and $70,000. The specific salary offered will depend on various factors, including prior experience, skills, length of service, and geographic location. This role is eligible for bonuses based on applicable plans.
