About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Supervisor to lead our Client Service team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, driving business outcomes, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Client Service team to deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients.
  • Manage business processes and a group of assigned accounts.
  • Develop and implement productivity and client service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Client Service Director and Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage people, business processes, and a group of assigned accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements.
  • Experience leading and managing teams within an operational service delivery or shared services environment.
  • Keen understanding of professional and industry standards/practices.
