Ad Sales Marketing Director

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with their objectives.
- Lead the creation of compelling proposals in response to client RFPs, showcasing Screenvision Media's value proposition and tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the media and advertising industry and the cinema sector.
- Develop various marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and sales tools, to support the sales team in attracting and retaining clients.
- Direct the successful execution of sponsored campaigns or partnerships, ensuring all marketing aspects of the campaign are met within budget and timelines.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in the messaging, positioning, and visual identity of the Screenvision Media brand across all marketing materials.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, industry partners, and media outlets, to enhance Screenvision Media's reputation and visibility.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, agency, or media roles, with extensive experience in generating sales presentations and client-facing meetings.
- Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth, particularly in the context of RFPs.
- Proficiency in developing tailored promotional/marketing packages for clients, showing the ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions to meet objectives effectively.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint are necessary to independently create compelling pitch decks from scratch, crucial for delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior-level management both internally and externally, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills essential for building and maintaining relationships.
- Proven experience in proactive business development, illustrating a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Extensive experience in product/media marketing, with expertise across various media types, is crucial. Experience in the CTV/OTT category is particularly beneficial, considering the company's focus and industry trends.
- Strong background in managing multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints, showcasing excellent organizational and resource management skills.
- Excellent business writing and oral communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas, proposals, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Salary Range: 80,000 - 130,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus Opportunity
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
