General Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our team.

In this role, you will be tasked with scrutinizing financial data, identifying growth and enhancement opportunities, and offering strategic financial insights to the organization.

Your contributions will be essential in assessing financial performance, recognizing trends, and proposing recommendations that foster business expansion and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the manufacturing sales team to evaluate new opportunities and compare actual results against projections.
2. Conduct profitability and budget variance analyses for both manufacturing and brand divisions.
3. Prepare financial reports, including monthly financial statements, for senior management and stakeholders.
4. Work alongside cross-functional teams to create forecasts and budgets.
5. Assist in the monthly closing process, including journal entries, billing, and inventory reconciliations.
6. Participate in financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and pinpointing areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a manufacturing context; 1-2 years of cost accounting experience is highly desirable.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
4. Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies.
5. Proficient in financial analysis software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Familiarity with integrated ERP systems (experience with Deacom is a plus).
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
