General Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a highly proficient and seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with the analysis of financial data, identifying growth opportunities, and providing strategic financial insights to enhance organizational performance.

Your contributions will be essential in evaluating financial outcomes, recognizing trends, and formulating recommendations that promote business expansion and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing sales team to analyze new business opportunities and evaluate actual performance against forecasts.
  • Conduct profitability assessments and budget variance analyses for both manufacturing and brand divisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly financial statements, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts and budgets.
  • Assist in the monthly closing process, including journal entries, billing, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Engage in financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a manufacturing context; experience in cost accounting is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong capacity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficient in financial analysis software and the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with integrated ERP systems is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
