General Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly qualified and seasoned Senior Financial Analyst to enhance our financial team.

In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating financial data, identifying growth opportunities, and offering strategic financial insights to the organization.

Your contributions will be vital in assessing financial performance, spotting trends, and proposing recommendations that foster business expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the manufacturing sales division to analyze new prospects and evaluate actual results against forecasts.
- Conduct profitability assessments and budget variance analyses for both manufacturing and brand divisions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly financial statements, for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to formulate forecasts and budgets.
- Assist in the monthly closing process, including journal entries, billing, and inventory reconciliations.
- Engage in financial audits, ensuring adherence to regulations and pinpointing areas for enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.

- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a manufacturing context; 1-2 years of cost accounting experience is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting methodologies.
- Proficient in financial analysis software and the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with integrated ERP systems (experience with Deacom is a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the capacity to meet stringent deadlines.
