Position Summary

Compensation: $47,000 to $75,000 +

Uncapped commission structure available.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Preferred sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Interest in marketing products tailored to customer needs
  • People-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Dedicated to providing excellent customer service
  • Able to learn and utilize computer systems
  • Commitment to accuracy and timely completion of tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
Training Includes
  • Marketing property/casualty, life, health, and banking products

Pay: $47,000 to $75,000.00 annually

Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
