As a pivotal member of our field operations team, you will play an essential role in guiding designated restaurants and upper-management teams to achieve excellence in guest satisfaction, sales performance, and profitability.
Your role will empower you to foster a positive culture, ensuring that our restaurant staff can thrive, learn, and advance within the organization.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT
Collaborate closely with restaurant leaders to devise strategies for managing all facets of profit and loss statements, while providing insights on resolving operational challenges.
Establish monthly budget objectives and engage regularly with your team to review current financial trends, addressing any discrepancies with the Company Operations Director.
Mentor and develop leaders on conducting efficient shifts, nurturing employee growth, and enhancing engagement within the restaurant and broader market.
Ensure adherence to company standards for product quality and safety.Analyze guest feedback metrics and partner with leaders to elevate guest satisfaction by empowering them to address concerns promptly and coaching them on proactive measures.
Anticipate and strategize with leaders to identify, assess, and address labor efficiency challenges, cash/security concerns, and health and food safety inspections.
Be accountable for cultivating a culture of employee engagement, continuous learning, and constructive feedback.Oversee and evaluate the implementation of restaurant cleanliness and maintenance protocols.
ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
Food Safety Certification; ServSafe Manager certification is preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
Prior experience as a District/Regional Manager or Multi-Unit Operator is essential.
A minimum of two years of General Manager experience with direct accountability for a single unit's profit and loss.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams with a servant leadership approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High energy with a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Capacity to proactively devise creative solutions.
Experience in Quick Service Restaurants is preferred.
Experience with baked goods is preferred.
Weekly hours will vary from 40 to 65 hours, with flexible scheduling based on store performance.
