Job Overview

Office Coordinator

If you excel in providing administrative support, we have an excellent opportunity for you. In this position, you will assist the department by handling data entry tasks, developing spreadsheets in Excel, and producing reports for management and other teams.

Your responsibilities will also include extensive scheduling of appointments and meetings for managers and executives. This role is currently available on a contract basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of operational support tasks; may act as a liaison with other departments for basic administrative and operational issues.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, certifications, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and manage the calendars of one or more individuals.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, either directly or through travel agencies.

Qualifications:
  • Preferably 2+ years of consistent experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit while also being capable of working independently.

Compensation: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
