Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Adelante. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our front office, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office, including answering multi-line phones, greeting clients, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, and maintain staff mailboxes and the in/out board.
  • Schedule non-routine cleaning of the front office and arrange for repairs and routine maintenance of shared office equipment.
  • Provide input into front office procedures and assist with mass mailings and the bi-annual calendar mailing.
  • Perform basic office support functions, including keyboarding, filing, record keeping, sending and distributing faxes, making copies, and assembling manuals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; one year of receptionist and general clerical experience preferred.
  • One year of experience answering multiple phone lines and excellent customer service skills.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background/fingerprint investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
  • Valid NM driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance required.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be required to sit, stand, or perform typing/keyboarding tasks as needed, and must be able to carry, lift 10 pounds occasionally.

Pay:

$15.00 per hour.
