Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as an Office Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, assist with day-to-day tasks, and contribute to the achievement of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with project-related tasks, such as creating resources and informational flyers, managing social media accounts, and updating the office website.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve office goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the office's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic familiarity with the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
  • Skilled in graphic design and experience with primary social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of social media trends.
  • Graphic design experience, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Cascade website maintenance experience.
