We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Dental Partners of Alameda.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and visitors, clarifying their purpose, and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing inter-office messages as needed.
- Managing mail, documents, supplies, and packages, and maintaining an organized filing system.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating with staff members.
Requirements:
