Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Office and Special Events Coordinator. This part-time role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including answering calls, maintaining calendars, and providing information to visitors and callers. Additionally, this person will oversee the planning and execution of special events, including booking talent, coordinating with contractors, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Office upkeep and supplies, answering calls, maintaining main calendar, steering calendar, providing visitors and callers with information on upcoming events, ministry information

Special Events: organizing and executing all special events, books talent, coordinates with contractors, steering committee, support staff, and servant leadership team

General organization, communication, maintaining the set budget for each event and servant management

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Planning and organization

Decision-making

Creative thinking

Leadership

Budgeting- reconciliation reports

Microsoft Office proficiency in Microsoft 365 software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Time management- Self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects
