Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Specialist to join our team at Franklin Energy. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our program staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with program staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of project processing and approvals
  • Manage customer grant processing and inform Energy Advisors of expiring grants and applications
  • Assist customers with understanding program incentives and coordinating paperwork/applications
  • Provide office management support, including maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Monitor activity to maintain contract and subcontract compliance
  • Coordinate with program management on quality assurance and quality control of project documentation and processing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of previous office experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
