About the Role

Databricks is at the forefront of data and AI innovation, and we're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our data management product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure product alignment and success
  • Partner with senior technical leaders to drive technical innovation and product development
  • Analyze product usage data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including engineers, customers, and executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in the enterprise or SaaS industry
  • Educational or professional background in computer science or related engineering fields
  • Ability to partner with senior technical leaders and drive technical innovation
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range Transparency:

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $109,500 - $194,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
