About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Wastewater Market Sector in the West Region. As Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for providing strategic vision and direction to drive growth and success in this critical market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Wastewater Market Sector.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the wastewater market.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a focus in Water/Wastewater or closely related discipline.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Proficient knowledge of water/wastewater engineering principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
