Integrative Emergency Services, LLC ("IES") is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to effectively identify, evaluate, interview, and engage physician and advanced practice provider candidates for our esteemed partner hospitals and clients.

This role encompasses strategic recruitment efforts, including the development of efficient, results-oriented sourcing strategies that attract passive candidates, cultivate talent pipelines, generate referrals, and employ innovative techniques to fill current and future vacancies.

The focus will be on recruiting for Emergency Room Physicians, Hospitalists, and Anesthesiologists. We prefer candidates located in the DFW area to facilitate easier access for client interactions and occasional corporate meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, with additional tasks as assigned.

Oversee recruitment initiatives for designated hospital/client vacancies to ensure a robust pool of qualified candidates is available to meet hiring timelines.

Formulate sourcing and recruitment strategies tailored to each role, facility, and market.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by entering and updating relevant candidate information.
Identify potential candidates through various channels, including direct outreach, social media, online resources, job boards, and referrals.
Collaborate with fellow recruiters to align candidates with multiple opportunities within IES.
Screen candidates to confirm they meet the qualifications set forth by IES and client facilities.
Conduct market surveys to determine fair compensation in IES client markets.
Compile and maintain compensation data and hospital demographics in the Fair Market Value database.
Provide comprehensive information to candidates regarding the hospital, compensation structures, malpractice insurance, community insights, and IES.
Obtain verbal or written references from previous medical directors, nurse managers, or staff physicians, ensuring thorough follow-up on any questionable references.
Coordinate interview itineraries and real estate tours for candidates, including arrangements with hospital administration.

Collaborate with the credentialing team and Practice Administrators to ensure timely completion of the credentialing process for providers.

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, including job offers, negotiations, relocation, contract finalization, and the initial month of employment.

Represent IES at industry conferences and job fairs.
Organize and facilitate networking dinners with residency programs.
Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates, hospital administration, and IES staff, including Practice Administrators and Medical Directors.

Engage with members of the leadership team, including the CEO, COO, VP of Operations, and Recruiting Manager, to relay information promptly.

Ensure accurate reporting and dashboards by maintaining and updating provider and client information in the ATS.
Assist in the daily operations of the department.

Uphold a professional image and conduct at all times, particularly when interacting with individuals outside of IES and within the local community.

Education / Experience:
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred for this role.

Required:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Physician and APP recruitment

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding) is also required.
