The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool for AHI Facility Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Work closely with department heads to create precise job descriptions and identify essential hiring criteria.
- Implement innovative and efficient recruiting techniques tailored to the specific role and organizational needs.
- Assist in the job advertisement and posting processes.
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare relevant interview materials.
- Participate in interviews alongside managers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process, advising on salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
- Engage in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation capabilities.
- Proven ability to devise and implement recruitment strategies across various roles.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
- Exceptional time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of hiring regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of experience in managing the recruitment process is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as HRCI, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition certification are advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Ability to navigate various departments within the organization.
- Regularly stand, walk, or squat for extended periods.
