Position Overview:

The Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool for AHI Facility Services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work closely with department heads to create precise job descriptions and identify essential hiring criteria.
  • Implement innovative and efficient recruiting techniques tailored to the specific role and organizational needs.
  • Assist in the job advertisement and posting processes.
  • Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and prepare relevant interview materials.
  • Participate in interviews alongside managers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process, advising on salary ranges, incentives, and start dates.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
  • Engage in recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to devise and implement recruitment strategies across various roles.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hiring regulations and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in managing the recruitment process is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as HRCI, SHRM, or Talent Acquisition certification are advantageous.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to navigate various departments within the organization.
  • Regularly stand, walk, or squat for extended periods.
